Abduction - sidelying
Go slow
2 x 12 reps
Begin by lying on your side. Bend your underneath knee and straighten you top leg. Lift the top leg up about 10 inches, hold for a few seconds and then return it to the starting position. Perform the exercise as prescribed by your therapist and add weight as directed. Note: keep yourself straight as an arrow.
